All pricing listed on the Virgin Voyages page is per cabin/suite (unless otherwise specified). You have choices to make when searching the site - number of people in the cabin/suite, type of cabin/suite? The amount of the cruise will be based on the cabin/suite selected and the number of people.

No, airfare is not included in the cruise fee. 

Book your flight for December 18th in the early morning, so that you will arrive in Miami in the morning or very early afternoon.  You want to be at the port of Miami no later than 2pm to ensure you board the Lady Ship before 4pm.  For your return, book your flight for December 26th after 12pm / noon. 

Yes - after confirming your cruise and securing the 20% deposit, you may change things like upgrading to a different cabin/suite or changing the name of a sailor.  You may also request a Future Voyage Credit to be applied to cruise on another date.

A 20% deposit is due at time of booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due 120 days prior to departure. You may make partial payments any time before the final payment date. Contact concierge@LiveLoveLuxeTravel.com  to schedule a partial payment OR use the Virgin Voyages link provided to make a partial payment. No extensions will be granted for the final payment due 120 days prior to departure.

If you or anybody traveling with you wishes to cancel either your/their holiday, you must contact your travel agent , and give notice of the cancellation. The Voyage will only be cancelled on the date we receive the notice of cancellation.

- You have the most flexibility outside of 120 days prior to your departure date. If you're booking at this time, you have a 7-day grace period to request a full refund on your deposit and any other payments made. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

- After the grace period (but still before the 120-day mark), you can receive a full refund on any payments, not including your deposit. For your deposit, you can request a Future Voyage Credit at this time.

- From 119 days up to 45 days from your departure date, your available options are:

• Receive a “Future Voyage Credit” in the amount paid that can be applied to a new sailing up to 1 year after the original Voyage date.
• Change to a new Voyage date up to 1 year after original Voyage date.
• Change names on the reservation; permissible up to 48 hours before your Voyage sailing date.
• Submit an insurance claim if travel protection (aka travel insurance) was purchased.   

- At 44 days from your departure date, all funds paid are final. But you do have the option to transfer, sell, or otherwise have someone go in your place up to 48 hours before your Voyage.
